We are signatories to the Business Pact for Integrity and Anti-Corruption, a voluntary commitment that outlines a series of guidelines for the participating companies and organizations. A project by the Clean Company (Empresa Limpa in Portuguese) focused on collaborating with businesses to foster a more honest and ethical market while minimizing several corrupt practices. This document is extensively promoted and sets itself as a standard for ethical conduct in the industry
Ethos Institute
We are affiliated with the Ethos Institute of Companies and Social Responsibility (Instituto Ethos in Portuguese), a Civil Society Organization of Public Interest whose goal is to mobilize, increase awareness, and help businesses manage their operations in a socially responsible manner, making them partners in creating a fair and sustainable society.
Agroindustry Anti-Corruption Collective Action – Global Compact Brazil Network
The Agroindustry Collective Action is an initiative based on principles whereby participating companies pledge to adhere to a set of guiding values of conduct, mobilize the sector towards consolidating an increasingly ethical, integral, and transparent business environment, and create incentives for the prevention and fight against corruption in defense of free competition and the creation of opportunities on sustainable grounds. Minerva SA encourages everyone to embrace the values and guidelines outlined in the Agroindustry Anti-Corruption Best Practices Guide, which it helped develop.
